What is a popup picnic?

We are here for you to create memorable moments by setting the stage for your celebration or small gathering. Each Soulshine Soiree is set in a unique environment, think local parks, lakeside settings, your backyard or maybe a favorite winery. We work in Charlotte and the surrounding areas, so if you have a place in mind that you’d like your picnic soiree, just let us know! We will create a comfortable, decorated setting with all the instagrammable essentials as well as fun add-ons for you to relax, socialize, eat, drink & be merry. We do 100% of the setup and breakdown so that you can just show up and enjoy!

Our Story

Porter and Stephanie met each other in Charlotte, NC through mutual friends. It didn’t take long before they both realized their shared love of design, creating beautiful things and the relaxed boho aesthetic… oh and of course, their love of cheese & snacks. They decided to take Stephanie’s background in fashion and textile merchandising as well as Porter’s graphic design and photography skills on a metaphorical roadtrip to new beginnings.
